Abstract
This study is a case report that examines the effects of peer support training, focusing on mutual help relationships between peers. A teacher involved in the class conducted the program during a classroom activity for 20 third-grade students. The survey used a reflection sheet and a self-administered questionnaire. The results suggest that it is effective in building relationships with friends for their support. In addition, each session of the peer support training conducted in this study was highly rated by the target children. This suggests that this training was perceived as meaningful by the subject children. The results of this study indicate that it is possible to deepen reciprocal relationships with friends in peer support training.
