Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of the implementation of the Solution-Focused Team Meeting Method (SFTMM) on the management function of "school as a team" from the managerial perspective. For this purpose, two cases in which SFTMM was introduced on a long-term basis were analyzed from the viewpoint of business administration, including leadership, focusing on the changes in the organizational structure and the behavior of the children. As a result, solution focused approach and facilitation, which SFTMM is based on, functioned in each step, and shared leadership based on each member's role, rather than "t;principal's leadership," which is stated in "school as a team", was actualized, and the psychological burden of teachers was also reduced. It also functioned as a risk hedge against organizational restructuring, such as periodic transfers, and improved the efficiency of teachers' work. In today's situation where it is difficult for school managers to develop leadership, SFTMM is effective from the managerial perspective in expanding "school as a team."
