Abstract
This research is to develop scales of elementary school children's self-disclosure. Preliminary study and this study developed scales comprised of two factors and 10 items. Results of factor analysis by principal factor method extracted 7 items of the experience disclosure scale and 3 items of the emotion disclosure scale. To verify the reliability of the scales, correlation coefficients between the factors and the coefficient of reliability of each factor were calculated. In consequence, its reliability was verified. To verify the validity of the scale, the examination of content validity was conducted with higher educational counselors. To study validity of the factor, the analysis of factor verification (analysis of covariance structure) was performed. In order to study the validity of coexistence, the correlation of the scales for self-disclosure, school life satisfaction and drive for school life was examined. The validity was confirmed as a consequence.
