Abstract
The present report aims to clarify the functions of a committee set up for coordinating psychological and educational services in a junior high school. In one junior high school, in which the students often caused problems, escapes from classes and speaking rudely to the teachers, the existing Educational Consulting Committee was expanded through the establishment of a Coordination Committee. A school counselor joined the Coordination Committee in order to consult on solutions for the problems at the school. Examination of the actions of the Committee suggested that it had 4 fuctions: consultation and mutual consultation, promotion of individual team support, connection and adjustment to grade and school levels, and promotion of management of psychological and educational services.
