A rare case of central cemento-ossifying fibroma of the mandibular medial region in a 38-year-old female was present. The histopathological examination showed that tumor consisted of fibrous connective tissue, containing cementicle-like tissues, woven and lamellar bones, and osteoid tissues. The literatures on cemento-ossifying fibroma were reviewed. Futhermore, both clinical and histopathological differences of several fibro-osseous lesions were also discussed.
