A case of mandible myxofibroma in a 25-years-old male was reported.
Extraction of the second premolar and first molar and first molar and removal of the tumor were performed.The tumor was 20×15×10mm, red brown color, surfaced with myxomatous adhesion.
Microscopically, the tumor was diagnosed odontogenic myxofibroma.
The patient shows no evidence of recurrence of tumor eight months after surgery.
