Facial paralysis in children is very rare in comparison with adults.
This time we had the case of a facial paralysis in a six year old boy who came to our department with left cheek swelling as his main complaint. After giving antibiotics and steroid, the paralysis disappeared with the decrease of the left maxilla infection symptom.
