In our country, it is very rare to encounter adult patients with unoperated cleft palate. Recently, we had an opportunity to treat a 65-year-old woman with cleft palate and the postoperative course was very excellent. So far as we know in the literature this patient is the oldest unoperated case in our country. In this paper, we report the clinical course of treatment and primary plastic surgery, then discuss the problems of unoperated cleft palate patients.
