Cervical lymph node metastasis from oral carcinoma is usually treated surgically because of its relatively low response to radiochemotherapy.
We report the case of a 75-year-old woman with large metastatic lymph nodes and local recurrence of lower gingival carcinoma, which were treated successfully by nedaplatin (CDGP) plus 5-fluorouracil with radiation therapy.
