Abstract
Many analytical studies of Motor Fitness have been done until today, and the test methods of each factor have been established. Nevertheless, the method of integral evaluation Motor Fitness has ever been established. The author proposed here a method of integrating each test records to evaluate motor fitness integratedly. With regression equation, Motor Fitness Index was determined. The variables of regression equation are as follows ; Flexibility coefficient (F=X_<FO> + 1/2 X_<Ba> -130), Muscular strength and endnurance coefficient, (M=1/6X_<B.L>+1/2X_<g.s>+1/4X_<P.U>+1/4X_<S.U>1/4X_<S.U>-l5) Endurance (breath holding after exercise), Agility (Side step), and Power (vertical jump). The reliability and validity were proved to be very high with the tetrachoric correlation, internal consistency, and product moment correlation. Furthermore, it was proved that this index could distinguish the more skilled and able group from the less skilled and less able group.
