Poland syndrome is a rare congenital malformation characterized by unilateral pectoral muscle hypoplasia or absence, and ipsilateral upper limb hypoplasia. It is often accompanied by breast hypoplasia and upward displacement of the nipple-areolar complex. Cases with amastia are rarely reported. In this case, under shared decision making, we performed reconstruction with tissue expander, silicone breast implant, nipple areolar complex reconstruction, and lipoinjection. We were able to complete reconstruction for an adolescent patient and she was satisfied with the result.
