We report a case of multiple congenital epulis that was diagnosed as fibroma. Congenital epulis is the clinical term for a rare benign localized tumor that arises in the oral cavity, often on the gingiva or tongue, of neonates. Histologically, congenital granular cell tumor, which consists of proliferating eosinophilic granular cells, is the most common type. There are also non-tumorous lesions composed of fibrous or smooth muscle tissue. An 11-month-old female infant presented with masses on the mandibular gingiva and the tip of the tongue since birth, which were clinically diagnosed as congenital epulis. Excision was performed, and the lesion was histopathologically diagnosed as fibroma. The patient has been followed for 1 year and 5 months postoperatively with no recurrence.
