This research pays attention to the case where the abandoned ruins play a role of reversing tourism resources from negative regional assets in considering the solution of the problem brought to us by the ease of tourism resource utilization including overtourism. As a result, it is clear that third party with multiple specialities works effectively in order to overcome problems due to resource subjectivity and guest and stakeholder problems that do not fit into the binary discussion framework of host and guest, using the Tourism Resource Utilization Process (Morishige[2012]) as a framework for analysis.
