抄録

1. A forty-two year old woman showed chronic inflammatory process and Michaelis-Gutmann bodiesunder the urinary sediment cytology, thus a diagnosisof malakoplakia of urinary bladder was made. Laterthis diagnosis was confirmed by the histologicalsection.
2. This paper presents the case of urinary tractmalakoplakia diagnosed by the urinary sediment cytology, which is the third evidence available in thebibliography already published.
