University Management and Academia–Government–Industry Collaboration

Abstract

All national universities moved into National University Corporation at 2004. Obtaining outside money by academia-government-industry collaboration, social application of intellectual property, and technology transfer have been important mission of university. As a trustee and Vice-President, based on my experiences on university management and academia-government-industry collaboration, I introduced major topics on them and discussed about the problems.
