Abstract

As society changes, such as the realization of Society 5.0, and we enter a new era, education is required to "awaken the creators." The author is working on recurrent education for managers of local companies. It leads to a new business when the manager objectively grasps his own idea. It is also expected that the managers will work hard with each other and the local community will change. This paper introduces the recurrent education for core human resources in the regional industry, which is based on the concept of regional innovation. It will be also explained the regional ecosystem that continues to produce the next core human resources, formed through a series of activities that have been carried out for more than 10 years.
