Increased attention has been given to the effects of sound environment not only acoustic but also supersonic, but their effects on the human have not been fully elucidated yet. In this paper, we evaluated the healing effects of the sound environment including spectrum of supersonic region quantitatively using fluctuation of the brain wave as a numeric indicator for the degree of comforts. From the result of this experiment, we conclude that the increased feeling of comfort by being exposed to the supersonic sound is not caused by the direct effects, but lather by canceling the adaptation of the hearing senses.
