Abstract
This paper proposes the generation system of Japanese riddles considering funniness in wordplays. The proposed system consists of three sections: the generation section of riddle candidates, the obtaining section of funniness, and the selection section of riddles. The first section has words databases and generates some riddle candidates. The second section considers some factors and applies fuzzy measures/integrals to the evaluation of generated riddle candidates. The final section chooses riddles according to their funniness, which is obtained by fuzzy measures/integrals model. This paper shows subjects experiments in order to confirm the validity of the proposed system.
