型鍛造まがりばかさ歯車について(その1)

抄録

This paper offers a manufacturing method of the spiral bevel gears by the die forging process.
In our forging process we used an upper die insert produced by the die sinking method with the air hammer.
Investigations have been carried out to get the correction factors for the dimensions of the master spiral bevel gear which forms the upper die insert. Furthermore, by way of the experiment we made up an inspecting equipment for the tooth curve of the die forged spiral bevel gears.
