Abstract

In this article, the definitions of wants and needs were introduced. Using three cases, how primary psycho-educational services to all children form basis of secondary and tertiary psycho-educational services to specific child with additional needs were discussed. Important keys were pointed: Understanding how specific children with additional needs might respond to primary psycho-educational services, facilitation of group process, and school wide psycho-educational services.
