Abstract
A 55-year-old female was admitted due to hemoptysis. Four years previously she had undergone nephroureterectomy because of carcinoma of the renal pelvis. Chest X-ray film showed an infiltrative shadow and computed tomography (CT) revealed a CT angiogram sign in the tumor in right S^6. Bronchofiberscopic examination revealed bleeding from right S^6, but no tumor was found. Open lung biopsy revealed transitional cell carcinoma, metastatic from the right renal pelvis, with multiple invasions around bronchi.
