Abstract
Seven species belonging to the subgenus Ceratina, genus Ceratina, and occurring in Taiwan are described: C. fumipennigera, C. sauteri and C. unicolor, and four new species, C. yamanei, C. rukaina, C. monstrata and C. seikii. These species are classified into five species groups, and their relationships to other species occurring in the Oriental Region are discussed. Keys are given for distinguishing among the species groups and the species.
