Taxonomic Position of Fintona tertia Momoi, 1970, with a New Synonym and Description of Male (Hymenoptera, Ichneumonidae, Banchinae)

Abstract

Fintona tertia MOMOI, 1970, originally described from Amamioshima Isl., Ryukyu, is transferred from Cryptopimpla to Amphirhachis. A Central Asian species, Amphirhachis quadripunctata KUSLITSKIY, 1995, is synonymized with A. tertia. The male of A. tertia collected in Tsushima Isl. (new record), is described as the first representative of male for the genus.
