A new anisolabidid earwig of the genus Anisolabis is described from Haha-jima and Ototo-jima, the Ogasawara Islands, Japan, with the illustration of salient features to distinguish it from the related species. This is possibly the first endemic species of the Dermaptera from the Ogasawara Islands.
