People have a temperament which is said to be the core of personality, since it is prescribed at the gene level, it does not change for the rest of us. In order to prevent mental health problems, it is effective to understand the self-care method to understand the goodness of one’s own temperament and complement the weak point of one’s own temperament. In addition, the problem of human relations, which is a stressful worker’s stress, is largely due to the difference in temperament. In order to improve human relations and reduce interpersonal stress, it is necessary to understand others who have different temperament and to know how to engage with others. Therefore, in this paper, we introduce prevention method of mental health problems by understanding of temperament and method of reducing human relations stress.
