In 2 cases with WPW syndrome, several leads of ECG were taken and stimulus conductingtime was messured. The results were as follows.
In both cases, the pattern of the excitation conduction in the auricle was normal and the sinus node was proved to be the pace-maker of the cardiac rhythm.
Pre-excitation which occured in the posterior wall base of the left ventricle were observed in both cases.
It could not be clarified that the generation mechanism of pre-excitation of these cases was caused by whether the presence of accessory pathway or the stimulus conducting disturbances, the functional instability or an accelerated conduction of stimuli in A-V node.
