The management of pheochromocytoma is difficult and operative mortality is considered quite high.
I employed an endotracheal anesthesia with nitrous oxide-oxygen and ravonal intravenous injection and took a great caution to control blood pressure using regitine and noradrenaline, respectively. Patient had an uneventful operative course and made satisfactory postoperative recovery.
