福島の子ども逹を健康に導く運動プログラムの開発と実践

―郡山情報ビジネス公務員専門学校の取り組み―

抄録

Fukushima Prefecture in the few years before the earthquake, suffered extensive damage that nuclear accident, residents can no longer be active in the outdoors. Children of lack of exercise tend to become obese. In order to overcome this situation, program development of exercise play that can be indoors has been determined.

This paper is a project commissioned from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Ministry, which summarizes the practical results of the development of exercise programs that lead to healthy children of Fukushima. This practice, due to the specialized school in Koriyama City (JO-BI), requested the cooperation in such basketball leaders, it is intended to be completed.

The developed exercise program to introduce to local residents, there is a desire to want to practice in their respective home. The exercise program is intended primarily to use the ball. Can be fun and practice in parent and child, it is a simple one.

Evaluation of participants very well, and it was wishing the regular held. Future challenge is how to increase the participants.
