In this research, I propose a strategy for Japanese language education in a company based on an example of Japanese language training in a fast food company where I work. This company had newly conducted training specialized for Japanese language acquisition only for foreign employees. As a result, the Japanese language skills of foreign employees were improved. In addition, When considering the content and format of the teaching materials and training, I suggests following; complete the content in one class, treat something that matches work and actual experiences as teaching materials, and finally introduce a more versatile vocabulary.
