In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for student to learn independently in the field of education. Although many task-based Japanese teaching materials have been published and adopted in Japanese language education institutions, there are few reports of their practice. This paper describes the features and how to improve in my classes that have conducted using "Dekiru Nihongo" for beginner level international students, and reports on the effects and feature issues of this material.
