抄録
The purpose of this study was to analyze longitudinal data to clarify the mastery status of Chinese learners of Japanese and the problems they encountered when writing request e-mails. With a focus on the opening and ending of the emails, the results of the analysis revealed that the longer the learners have studied Japanese, the more they have mastered how to write emails, albeit there are still some pragmatic transfers and misuse of the language.
