Abstract
This study outlines the refinement of Hiragana teaching materials for Indian secondary students, employing a Hindi-based mnemonic association method with AI-generated imagery. Addressing prior feedback from Indian Japanese Teachers (IJT) regarding the ambiguity of specific illustrations, this research generated revised visuals using modified prompts to enhance semantic clarity. A subsequent validation survey with IJT was conducted to assess the pedagogical suitability of the updated images. The results demonstrated that the revised illustrations were unanimously evaluated as intelligible and appropriate for learners, establishing a foundation for future validation studies involving student participants.
