Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to identify the principles of organizational processes for communities. Platform is a system that creates value by redefining relationships and connections within/among communities. In this study, I analyzed its constructive method by using S-D logic. First, three elements; conceptual, technical, and human skills, are discussed as necessary requirements. Next, reciprocity, i.e., mutually-beneficial relationship, is examined as a secondary requirement. In conclusion, creating mutually beneficial relationships for the purpose of achieving social and economical integration is the key to a sustainable community organization.
