Current Status on Implementation of a Paperless Management in Medical Association Office

Abstract

This paper explores the implications of paperless office environments in medical association offices and the realities organizations face in their attempts to go paperless. We carried out a survey on how to go paperless in medical association office with the support of Japan Medical Association, in December 2009. In this research, the approaches on paperless of medical association offices in Japan are analyzed. As a result, about 48% of medical association offices are going paperless on holding an executive meeting.
