Abstract
Harima area, Hyogo Prefecture in the local industry, are concentrated in this region are mostly fishhook manufacturer in Japan. Harima also share in the national accounts for about 90 percent, and exports about 80 countries worldwide. These industry-specific integrated hook is also something rare in the world without precedent. What was the formation of industrial clusters, so why such unusual.
