Abstract
It has been pointed out by many influential analysts that today's engineering education does not meet the rapid social changes. Each country is making various efforts to match the engineering education to the social changes so that they can win the global competition, and they attach importance to the strength of technology which will greatly contribute to economic development. This study discusses the contents of education that will effectively give the nature of entrepreneurs and managers to the engineers who do not have enough knowledge about economics and management within a short term by combining indoor lectures and field studies. A hypothesis is offered that the combination of management literacy education and entrepreneur education will increase the effectiveness of education, and this hypothesis is verified by a questionnaire surveys.
