Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analysis the barriers of Implementing the technique of parts sharing. I review three previous researches of the technique of parts sharing, arrangement of engineering BoM, concept of the production line, the production cost down. Based on these researches, I analyze the barriers of Implementing the technique of parts sharing, and study conducts.
