Abstract
This purpose of this paper is to discuss HR-practices and HR-system at small- and medium-sized companies. It focuses particularly on HR-practices of personnel training, internal labor markets, benefits, variable pay and participation at small- and medium-sized companies. And it investigates its localization while comparing methods for HR-practices and HR-system at small- and medium-sized companies. Finally, it finds Off-the-Job-Training outside Enterprises in HR-practices supported by local occupational groups in small and medium-sized enterprises.
