A Study on the Construction and Management of Community-BasedIntegrated Care System Based on Confucianism

Abstract

In order to promote the creation of healthy and happy community, it is essential that the management and construction of people-friendly “Community-Based Integrated Care System” in the aging society. Therefore, the systematization which was able to balance the field of “affection”, such as courtesy, manners, humanity, attitude, and feeling, with rationality and the objective field of “reason” is very important. Therefore, in this paper, the systems approach which systematized the Confucius thought (Analects of Confucius) which has obtained high evaluation from ancient times to problem-solving in human society for 2000 years or more from the view point of the system management theory, will be applied to construction and management of an above-mentioned CBICS. We also consider about the promotion idea, policies and promotion procedures in detail.
