Abstract
In this study, a problem structure of a cooperation system between occupational and community health service is clarified from the long-term perspective. We analyzed the cooperation system in the Chita Peninsula, which we have been involved over the nine years from 2003. In particular, we focused on the working group that is the core of the system. Problems of the system from following viewpoints are analyzed — the member and the contents of working groups and how to hold the meetings of working groups. In addition, we proposed a strategy to promote cooperation between occupational and community health service.
