Abstract
It is very important to promote Relationship Banking which decide for Finance for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises on Soft Information through contacting with Enterprises. Innovation company, probably have large Soft Information, also very important to contact with Banks. This paper examine the factor which effect on Psychological Resistance when contact with Banks. Consequently, Flexible organization is main factors which reduce Psychological Resistance when contact with Banks.
