How do Vietnamese Software Engineers Consider Japanese Offshore Development ?

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to uncover how Vietnamese software engineers compare Japanese offshore development with American offshore development. We conduct questionnaire based survey for software engineers working at FPT. Vietnamese software engineers perceive that Japanese firms demand higher quality, frequently specification change, tighter date of delivery and tight schedule.
