Abstract
Various health-medical-welfare support information systems for improving local residents’ QOL have been developed and implemented. However, most of them don’t use information from residents enough. Therefore, in this research, new health-medical-welfare support information systems, utilizing information of residents positively, cooperating with health-medical-welfare facilities, and offering good information service to residents are suggested. In this paper, condition of health-medical-welfare support information systems, social trend, and social needs are analyzed. And characteristics and future improvements of the suggested health-medical-welfare support information systems are reviewed through case study.
