Surveys and Analyses of Doctors' Consciousness on Home Medical Care and Cooperation for Comprehensive Community Healthcare System

Abstract

In order to support health and happy life of local residents in limited health-medical-welfare resource with corresponding to the needs of welfare and nursing care service, implementation and efficient management of Community Comprehensive Health Care System will be more significant increasingly. Especially, as an infrastructure for supporting Community Comprehensive Health Care System, establishment of Home Medical Care System and cooperation among medical facilities will be more important. Therefore, in this paper, from the results of the questionnaire survey of medical doctors belonging to the Toyotakamo Medical Association, condition and doctors' consciousness of Home Medical Care System and cooperation among medical facilities are reviewed and discussed.
