In Japanese real estate industry, various business structures can be found. It must be important and interesting to know how different the business structures are and how much money the enterprises earn under their business structures. As far as we know, none of papers discusses well about that. In this paper, we investigate business structures based on sales amount for each of fifty real estate enterprises which are listed in the first section of the Tokyo Stock Market. Then the relationship between business structure and financial performance is discussed using the cluster analysis and linear regression analysis. As results, it is shown that for each of enterprises the business structure affects financial performances as well as profitability.
