Financial Analysis of Chinese Real Estate Enterprises to Develop and Sell Condominiumsas Compared to Japanese Ones

Abstract

In recent China, many real estate enterprises have been growing their business. The research selects seven Chinese enterprises and six Japanese ones, of which the principal business is to develop and sell new condominiums. We carry out the financial analysis and find some financial characteristics for Chinese enterprises as compared to Japanese ones with the same business.
