Advances in technology and digital technology are changing the future of retail business. EC giants Amazon and Alibaba are involved in the real retail business and are trying to centrally control and control customer data. Customer data is an important management resource for the retail business, and the regional retail business must first use this customer data to change its approach to customers. The goal is to create a high-touch, communicative relationship based on analysis. This section presents examples of data analysis methods and utilization that are considered to be effective based on management diagnosis of newspaper and milk sales businesses. There are three analysis methods: (1) trade area analysis using jSTAT MAP, (2) RFM analysis and market basket analysis using order data, and (3) CS portfolio analysis using customer questionnaire.
