When the index of the profit, the market share, and the brand power is good, it has been assumed excellent management as an evaluation axis of management. Such an index is effective to measure the result of management in capitalism. However, the essence of management cannot be evaluated only by them. In recent years though the achievement is good, the firm that has a social problem appears. The chairman of the car company indicated illegal amount of the reward to the stakeholder. He was arrested on the suspected special breach. The life insurer that illegally sold insurance received the business suspension instruction. Such insincere management became the target of a social criticism. The crisis that management was not able to be continued became a reality. It is important to consider the problem of insincere management, and to present the condition of sincere management. It looks back on the side of expansion intention as the management consultation index from the key word of strength of narcissism. In the opposition axis of strength of narcissism, there are an empathy and trust. It is an awareness of the issues of this text to consider the empathy and trust in management.
