Analysis of Patent Rights Acquisition Strategy by Trust of Intellectual Property

Abstract

Intellectual property is important as a management resource in corporate activities. This is to create competitive new businesses through innovation and to protect the business of new businesses. Intellectual property trusts are expected to improve the efficiency of management and utilization of intellectual property rights. This report discusses patent exploitation strategies by IP trusts. In addition, this paper picks up companies that use IP trusts and analyzes the actual situation of patent right management and patent utilization in each company.
