Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to investigate job attribute preferences among university students. Especially, we are concerned with how the students perceive corporate social responsibility when they face job choice. The results show that CSR is not the most important factor for their job choice. Instead, salary, stability of the firm and fringe benefit are more important. The students valuing CSR favor intellectual challenging work, environmental sustainability, community services, following ethical rules. The students regard corporate reputation and employment policy as important factors do not value CSR highly.
